What are the requirements for YoungCare app?
The YoungCare app needs an internet connection/WiFi in order to run. It is compatible with both mobile phones and tablets (for both iOS and Android users). However, we recommend that caregivers use tablets instead of phones.
How do parents start using YoungCare app?
An administrator account will be set up for you once your account is created. With this account, you will be able to invite parents by inputting their names and email addresses into the admin panel. Parents will then receive an email invitation to sign up and download the app. After signing up, they can log into the app, add their child's details, configure activities, schedule activities, view reports, and communicate with caregivers.
Do I get my own branded app ?
Yes, we provide an option for you to have your own branded and white-label app. With this option, we install and deploy the entire solution on your infrastructure. All the apps are available on both android and apple stores under your brand and name.
